Green Bags
Wold Newton Parish Council recently arranged for Community Payback to cut out the footpaths on Front Street. Unfortunately the waste collected in the green bags still remains. ERYC have informed the Parish Council there has been a backlog and it may be another couple of weeks before they are collected. This is obviously disappointing and they have been asked to collect as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Website and Noticeboard
Our website has recently had a revamp - any new material or recommendations gratefully received - woldnewtonpc@yahoo.com. The noticeboard in the village is available for all to use - please make sure you date items and remove any old material.
Pitfield
Wold Newton Parish Council secured a grant to have some picnic benches installed at the Pitfield for the community to enjoy. The Committee hope you will make use of them. Enjoy the view!!! Many thanks to the volunteers from the Committee who assisted with the ground preparation and installation of them it is very much appreciated.
